Postage & Delivery
We aim to post within 48hrs of your order. Most orders are posted on the day of the order provided it is received before 3pm but please do not rely on this especially during festive periods.
Our postage is charged by the total weight of the items selected. We usually aim to post within 48 hours by 1st class post. Recorded delivery is also an option. If the package weighs over 4 kilos we would send by parcel post or courier. Couriers do not collect until the next weekday after the order. Special delivery is also available, but please contact us first if you require this service.
Also, as the weights are calculated per packaged item, sometimes the combined weight is less than the postal charge as less packaging is used. In a case like this we will always give a partial refund of postage charges if the weight is over estimated! This happens quite often if you buy many items so please don't worry if the postage seems a lot, any surplus will be refunded!
