Postage & Delivery

All our Royal Mail packages are sent using thermal barcoded labels that are easy for the machinery to read, therefore delivery is quick and efficient.

Our postage is charged by the total weight of the items selected. We usually aim to post within 48 hours by 1st class post. Recorded delivery is also an option. If the package weighs over 4 kilos we would send by parcel post or courier. Special delivery is also available, but please contact us first if you require this service.

Also, as the weights are approximate, sometimes the combined weight is less than the postal charge. In a case like this we will always give a partial refund of postage charges if the weight is over estimated!
