If you have never used these before they look just like a plain length of ribbon but have 2 inner 'tails' which you grasp and pull the outer ribbon till it forms a delightful large bow. Easy peasy!
The 30mm refers to the width of the ribbon but when the bow has 'blossomed' it measures a good 100mm across.
